Contact form and email

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your enquiry).

Newsletter — Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA) to send it. Your email address and optional information are stored with Kit. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing (unsubscribe link in every email). Your data will then be deleted from Kit.

Film purchase via Gumroad

Purchases of our documentary films are processed via Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., USA). Payment and transaction data are transmitted directly to Gumroad. We do not store payment data ourselves. Please refer to Gumroad's privacy policy for details.

This website uses localStorage in your browser exclusively for technical functions (e.g. dismissing the cookie notice). This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to third parties.
